The things investors ask us
What is built, how it earns, and what makes it defensible.
What we are
SaaS That Solves Human Problems™. We turn human expertise and IP into purpose-built AI Operating Systems™.
An AI Operating System factory that builds more AI factories on an assembly line.
I built an AI Operating System that can build more AI Operating Systems.
Organizations that have expertise trapped in people. Clinics, schools, agencies, enterprises, and experts with decades of IP. DIRL™ and PM3™ are the two examples we built to prove it.
Already operational
Every count on this page is CURRENT. We are building every day, so these numbers go up.
CURRENT: 18 projects, which are 58 sellable modular software products. The products, the factory, and the assembly line are already built.
The one thing is the factory. The 58 are proof it works. We did not build 58 companies. We built one architecture and reconfigured it 58 times.
Thirty to sixty days, not twelve to eighteen months. CURRENT: 15 systems built in 5 months using the same reusable architecture.
We chose to build before we sold. CURRENT: over 109 instant download products are live in a store with checkout running, and DIRL™ sells the same way. This round is what turns built into sold.
How it earns
Every product can sell four ways and earns seven ways. Multiple revenue streams from the same infrastructure.
The Multiplication Magnification Model™. We reuse IP and infrastructure to multiply products, customers, deployments, and revenue.
Compounding reuse of intellectual property and software infrastructure. Each new build is configuration, not construction.
Umbrella operations, where turnkey expansion creates massive value.
It is built product line by product line, not one industry number. And it is only the first wave of what is already built. We can walk you through any line.
The moat
Modular software systems.
Modular software systems. The architecture is patent pending.
Patent pending, awaiting docket since March 2026.
Our modular architecture has a core code concept that makes the basic functionality infinitely reusable. That gives a customer an extremely fast proof of concept, and technically they could be using their system in a week.
The build time is then devoted to the parts that make their system unique, and that core starts from the framework the customer was thrilled to receive very fast. The brain work that takes a person’s or a business’s expertise and transforms it into automated systems is Krista’s special sauce and her high-level work. She then devotes a lot of time to training the AIs and tweaking the IP so the desired results are what the customer gets on a consistent basis. While she is working on her module, the engineers build the integrations and higher functionality features into theirs.
That is extremely efficient, and it is part of the benefit of choosing AskMAE.ai.
Guardrails built in
AI Safety Architecture™ carries dozens of safety guardrails across its layers, with two mandatory gates. Scope per build depends on the type of system, and is defined in the Statement of Work.
DIRL™ is education, not clinical treatment. It has crisis safety that redirects to 911 and to the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, with firm terms written in plain language anyone can understand.
The license to use the inventions belongs to the owner of AskMAE.ai. Kristen holds a royalty on her original inventions, which are patent pending under her name. Inventor credit stays with her. Everything else is available to the company for profit.
Why her
I spent decades building the IP. Then, I made the AI systems and software that churns our IP products like water from a faucet.
Because it is built and all that money is just sitting on the table waiting for an investor to grab it. The products, factory to churn even more out, the assembly line that makes them all fast to market, is all ready to skyrocket. Now we scale it.
The architecture is modular so that it does not depend on one person anymore. The only thing holding me to all this is that it is all inside me in how I already think. I believe I could teach others how.
While the industry has been racing to replace humans, we were building AI that upgrades people.
The hard part is already done, paid for out of my own retirement savings. You are not funding whether it can be built. You are funding how fast it sells, and how many people in the world will know about it.
What we are raising for
Commercialization — advertising, and payroll for deployment infrastructure, and finishing the products that do not have code yet.
Most founders raise money to build their first product. We are raising with the products, the factory, and the assembly line already built.
AskMAE.ai™ is raising its first outside round to commercialize what is already built. Qualified investors can request the data room and a live walkthrough of any system. Request investor access.
We would love to show you.
Request the deck and a live demo of each of the operating systems and modules that are built.
